Notice: Not all the species included in this guide show invasive behaviour in Portugal Continental. In addition to the invasive plants of Portugal Continental, we also included other exotic plants (casuals and naturalized) with invasive potential; these species were included either because they are invasive in other regions with similar climate, because they show sporadic invasive behaviour in Portugal or because they belong to genera which include invasive plants in the country.
